In this comic, Nurse Stacy has had enough of Nurd's constant pranks and decides to declare war on him. Using her medical skills, she starts to play pranks on Nurd that are even more elaborate and humiliating than his own. DNA tries to stay out of the way, but eventually gets pulled into the prank war when Nurd enlists his help to get revenge on Nurse Stacy. As the pranks escalate, the three characters engage in an all-out battle of wits and ridiculousness.
