Autocat v9 set-up

Users upgrading from older versions to (released around late 2024/2025) can often bypass a new request by moving their configuration:

Petka 85, 86, and 88 must reach stable voltage in order (85 first, then 86, then 88 after a 5ms delay). A single shared power rail often violates this. Use three separate GPIO-controlled MOSFETs.
