Adobe Premiere Pro "Portable Repacks" are unofficial, modified versions

Adobe has never developed or released a "Portable" version of Premiere Pro. The software is officially available only through a Creative Cloud subscription .

Video files are complex. Premiere’s native installation includes a suite of codecs to handle everything from iPhone HEVC to RED RAW. Portable repacks often strip these codecs to save space, meaning you might load up the software only to find your camera files are "unsupported" or suffer from the dreaded "Green Screen" glitch during playback.
