Once you have downloaded the software, follow these steps to install and set up GX Works 3 Version 1.090U:
Have your valid product ID ready. Version 1.090U is an update; if you are doing a fresh install, the installer will request your license key.
This version (or later) is strictly required to configure the CIP Safety module and use the CIP Safety Configuration Tool.
