In the piracy scene, a usually means the first uploaded version of a movie had a technical error (bad audio sync, missing frames, glitches). A group re-uploads a “REPACK” to fix it. The Filmyzilla version of Paul (2011) is often a low-quality rip (CAM, DVDscr, or an old 720p/1080p encode) with the REPACK tag slapped on to attract clicks.
