Once you have a legal license, you can install AutoCAD 2016 on up to three personal computers. While not portable via USB, you can use remote desktop software (Chrome Remote Desktop, TeamViewer) to access your licensed AutoCAD from any machine.

Autodesk does not create or support "portable" versions of AutoCAD. These files are modified by third parties and distributed illegally on unauthorized websites.
